Ballgame,

Thanks for the update on the DII Mens Lacrosse teams. I really enjoyed the article, however, I was truely hoping for an update on the Hofstra Womans lacrosse team. Your last article left some burning questions regarding their fate:

1) How has Becky Thorns injury affected their play this year, and is she on pace to beat the 73 points scored by her close friend and teamate Kimberly Hillier?

2) Has Morgan, the new coach, been able to fill the big shoes of her boss and predecesor, Shelley Klaes-Bawcombe?

3) Your closing sentence was a quote "We are poised and ready." Do you, as a well rounded sports fan and analyst, agree that they were indeed poised and ready for the season, or has this feeling that they were ready for whatever would be thrown at them, actually worked in their detriment?

Oh gosh! I just love womans LAX!
