I don't really blame LeBron for going to MIA. I'm sure he wants to be #1 as in the best player on the team/in the game, I mean who wouldn't, but what he wants more than that right now is to win championships. The way I see it, he's been #1 for the last few years, so he knows what thats like. Been there done that kinda thing. He's sacrifycing that gauranteed #1 spot for an almost gauranteed championship. I really wanted him to come to CHI, but I understand what he did. Was he a little scared that in CHI he would've been the number one man with all the skills but again not been able to turn it into a championship? Probably. Slight lack of confidence? Maybe. But why take a gamble when there's as close to a sure thing as you can get in sports down in Miami? Especially given that he's been the number one man in basketball already, it makes sense to me. Besides, if he trips up in Miami and fails, at least he's landing on a fat pile of money.

Nice article. I think what we all saw the other night was proof that LeBron James is terrified of being known as a loser. And despite his mvp status that's what he's been for the past 7 years. Going to Chicago would've been so much smarter on paper however if he went to CHI and they didn't win a chip in the first 2 years it would still be LeBron's team.

In going to Miami he not only has signed on w/two of the better players (at their respective positions) in the league he has transferred the accountability to Wade and Bosh as well. If Miami loses it'll be all their faults, not just his. Dude is terrified of being a career loser.
